Yes. The number on this page is what you'll pay for that package. The only things that ever change it: you add new pages (clearly priced as an add-on), you add new features mid-project (we re-quote in writing before doing anything), or you change the scope completely. No surprise invoices, ever.

50% deposit when we start, 50% when the site launches. We send invoices via Stripe or Square — credit card, ACH, or check. Late payments over 15 days accrue a 2% monthly fee.

Hosting and domain costs (typically $15–$20/month, paid directly to your hosting provider). Stock photography licensing if you need specific images. Third-party tool subscriptions like Mailchimp or Calendly (most have free tiers).

Social media packages can be downgraded month-to-month with 30 days notice. Website packages are one-time projects, so once we're building it, we're building what was agreed. Upgrades during a project are usually fine — we'll re-quote in writing.

Deposits are refundable within 48 hours of payment if we haven't started work. After we've started, deposits are non-refundable, but if something isn't working, we'd rather talk about it than walk away from it. We're not interested in keeping money for work nobody wants.
